From November 2012 all long haul airplanes of the type Boeing 777 and 767 show a new interior design: new and modern seats in the economy class, a on-board entertainment system and business class seats that can be changed into completely flat and horizontal beds. Together with my colleagues Amir Aghamiri and Ursula Feuersinger from our Branding Team we designed and implemented a new cabin design in grey with red applications similar to our remodelling of the for the short haul fleet. With a a graphic presentation of the Austrian Alps at the rear of the cabin and discreet leather applications on the seats the new cabin features typical Austrian motives - in contrast to the former rather colourful design we deliberately focused on reduction.
